Regional Account Manager - Hematology, Nephrology & Transplantation
Territory: Atlantic Canada + Ottawa
I am recruiting a field‑based Regional Account Manager to support a specialised therapeutic portfolio in the areas of rare, Hematology and Nephrology.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with specialists across major centres to accelerate diagnosis and optimise care pathways
• Develop and execute regional account strategies to exceed patient and business goals
• Apply insights and analytics to shape tailored customer plans
• Partner cross‑functionally to deliver aligned, efficient, and high‑quality customer experiences
• Support national strategy through regional execution and best‑practice sharing
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc preferred)
• 5+ years’ experience in specialty pharma, biologics, hospital/KAM roles, or rare disease environments
• Strong communication, influence, and data‑driven planning skills
• Demonstrated track record of achieving and surpassing targets
• Comfortable navigating complex clinical pathways
• Willing to travel up to 50%
