Regional Account Manager (Hematology, Nephrology, Transplantation) — Atlantic & Ottawa
Are you passionate about transforming outcomes for patients living with rare and life‑altering conditions? We are seeking an experienced Regional Account Manager to lead engagement across the Atlantic provinces and Ottawa within a highly specialised therapeutic area.
This role places you at the centre of improving diagnosis, shaping referral pathways, and supporting healthcare teams who manage patients with complex Hematology, Nephrology, and Transplantation needs.
What you’ll do:
✅ Drive disease awareness and support earlier diagnosis across key centres
✅ Build trusted relationships with specialists, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams
✅ Create innovative referral pathways and optimise access
✅ Develop strategic regional plans aligned to national objectives
✅ Collaborate closely with cross‑functional partners to deliver exceptional HCP experiences
✅ Contribute to a culture of learning, best‑practice sharing, and team excellence
What you bring:
- 5+ years’ experience in specialty pharmaceutical sales or account management
- Background in Hematology, Nephrology, Transplantation, Rare Disease or other complex care environments
- Strong scientific and business acumen
- Proven record of delivering results in hospital or academic settings
- Outstanding communication, influencing, and strategic planning skills
- Ability to travel across Atlantic Canada and Ottawa (up to 50%
