Role Overview
We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to support our hiring efforts in Germany. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while working closely with hiring managers to meet recruitment goals.
Key Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates for various roles
Post jobs on LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms
Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reportsSupport employer branding and talent pipeline development
Assist with onboarding and recruitment administration
Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition preferred
Familiarity with LinkedIn and recruitment tools
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines
Fluency in English (German is a plus but not mandatory)
