Experienced Recruitment Specialist
Location: Remote (U.S.-based; East Coast preferred)
Compensation: $70,000–$85,000 base + commission
Position Overview
We are a woman-owned and operated recruitment startup, seeking a versatile, high-performing Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can pivot seamlessly across industries and role types. If you cannot produce high-quality hires quickly and independently, this position is not for you. This role requires an expert-level recruiter who understands urgency, quality, and relationship-driven methods, someone who is both a hunter and a strategic partner to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruitment across IT, Engineering, Corporate, Construction, and Technical roles.
- Advanced sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, Indeed, and more.
- Candidate and client management with strong communication.
- Using ATS/CRM systems and following company protocols.
- Build and nurture relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and industry contacts to maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Evaluate candidate qualifications through interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and source effectiveness to refine strategies and deliver results.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of recruiting experience.
- Strong sourcing and ATS/CRM skills.
- Ability to fill roles quickly.
- Excellent communication and organization.
- Start-up experience is a plus!
Compensation & Benefits
- $70–85k base salary + commission.
