Responsibilities:

  • Employ diverse search methods using job board platforms to cultivate a robust candidate pipeline
  • Assess resumes, applications, and conduct initial phone screenings
  • Administer internal assessments and successive interviews
  • Keep abreast of recruitment trends and best practices
  • Oversee the interview and selection process
  • Maintain candidate engagement by providing regular updates
  • Liaise with clients to understand their hiring needs and organizational objectives
  • Define job descriptions and document specifications
  • Present qualified candidates to clients
  • Cultivate long-term client relationships

  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager for project updates

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of end-to-end recruitment experience
  • Proficiency with HubSpot and Workable is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to build trust-based relationships
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Comfortable making independent decisions
  • Ability to manage diverse stakeholder relationships
  • Proficient in Google Suite
  • Knowledge of interview techniques and screening methods
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Familiarity with various sourcing avenues
