The role
You'll manage the full recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, and placing talent across our client industries, mostly mid and senior roles, with the opportunity to work on executive searches as you grow. This is a remote role working EU hours, suited to someone who thrives in a high-velocity environment, builds genuine relationships with candidates and clients, and treats confidentiality as a core part of the job.
What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and offer management
- Fill roles across marketing, tech, operations, and other specialist functions, with exposure to senior and C-level searches
- Build and nurture talent pipelines across adult, dating, iGaming, and crypto sectors
- Partner with hiring managers to understand briefs and deliver culturally aligned, vetted candidates
- Proactively source passive talent through LinkedIn, niche networks, and direct outreach
- Stay active on LinkedIn — posting a few times a week with relevant job openings, industry insights, and trade-related content on the company page and your own profile to build visibility and attract talent
- Keep candidates and clients updated with fast, professional communication
- Handle every search with strict discretion, protecting client and candidate reputations
What you'll bring
- 2+ years in recruitment, talent acquisition, or sourcing (agency experience a strong plus)
- Confidence working in or recruiting for adult, dating, iGaming, crypto, or other online entertainment sectors — or genuine openness to these industries
- Strong sourcing skills and a track record of filling roles in competitive markets
- Comfortable building a professional presence on LinkedIn through regular, relevant content
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Self-discipline to perform in a fully remote, EU-hours setup
- Absolute commitment to confidentiality and professionalism
What we offer
- €30k base salary plus uncapped commission — realistic OTE €60k–70k
