You are an established recruitment professional who:
Has 5-10 years of proven recruitment experience with a track record of successful placements and client relationships in your local market.

OR has recently launched an independent recruitment business and seeks strategic partnership to accelerate growth
Possesses strong industry networks and the ability to generate business through existing relationships

Requirements
Essential
Minimum 5 years recruitment experience
Demonstrated ability to manage full recruitment lifecycle independently
Strong client relationship management skills
Self-starter mentality with business development capabilities
Strong understanding of employment law and recruitment practices
Excellent communication skills (fluency in English essential)
Desirable
Existing client base or business pipeline
Specialization in high-demand sectors
Experience with recruitment technology and CRM systems
Previous experience running a business or managing P&L
Established network within your business community
