Role
We are currently looking for a Senior Recruiter to oversee end-to-end recruitment across various Fintech verticals. This role includes managing searches from junior to C-level, building long-term client partnerships, and mentoring junior recruiters.
Key details about the role include:
- A high-impact position with strong earning potential and opportunities for leadership growth.
- 5+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years focused on fintech or financial services.
- A proven track record of placing fintech and financial services professionals in roles such as Product, Sales, Solution Consultants, Support, and Customer Success Management etc.
- A commercial mindset with strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- High energy, resilience, and a results-driven approach.
