Accountabilities
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of recruiters focused on Product, Design, Data Science, and Security hiring, fostering a high-performing culture.
- Partner with senior leaders and executives to align on hiring priorities, headcount planning, and long-term talent strategies.
- Operationalize recruiting processes at scale, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and data-driven decision-making.
- Identify gaps and bottlenecks in hiring, propose solutions, and implement best practices to improve quality, speed, and candidate experience.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on hiring strategies, market trends, and talent acquisition best practices.
- Drive high-quality hiring outcomes by balancing business needs with thoughtful, inclusive recruitment standards.
- 3+ years of technical recruiting leadership experience.
- 6+ years of total recruiting experience.
- Proven success in partnering with senior leaders during periods of organizational growth.
- Experience operationalizing technical recruiting at scale and improving recruiting processes.
- Track record of developing, coaching, and motivating high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical, data-driven, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Product Management disciplines, Security, or Data Science roles preferred.
