About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to support our talent acquisition efforts and deliver a smooth and positive candidate experience. As a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, you'll be responsible for coordinating and scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, and ensuring our hiring process runs efficiently and professionally from start to finish. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. About The Role

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1+ years’ experience in recruiting or Human Resources
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., iCims, Greenhouse, Workday) is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic environment
- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
- Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple departments and time zones to ensure a smooth interview process
- Partner with recruiters to develop and maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout their interview journey
- Maintain and update candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruiting databases
- Post job openings on internal and external job boards, ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to gather and provide timely feedback and next steps in the hiring process
- Assist in organizing recruiting and employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
- Prepare and send offer letters and support pre-employment processes, including background checks and onboarding documentation
- Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process
- Identify opportunities to enhance the candidate experience and partner with the Talent Management team for continuous improvement
- Perform other duties as assigned to support recruiting and overall talent management efforts
- Competitive base salary ranging from $50,000 to $65,000, with potential incentive and bonus compensation
