Tactex Recruiting Advisors is working on behalf of a Commercial Real Estate Investment Firm who's looking for a talented, organized, and high-character Recruiting Coordinator.

As the new Recruiting Coordinator, you will join our Recruiting team within the Operations department and play an integral role in supporting our recruiting lifecycle. A core responsibility of this role is to develop a strong understanding of our companies’ history, core values, and the expectations associated with each open position, while thinking critically about and contributing to our recruiting strategies.


The Recruiting team supports the hiring needs of 4 different companies all under the same corporate umbrella. This position is both internally and externally facing, requiring regular interaction with candidates and recruiters. As such, you will represent our group of companies, with a strong emphasis on professionalism and always upholding our reputation.

Pay range: $27.00-$30.50/hr.


Location: 100% Remote.


Responsibilities:

  • Understand our culture and act as a gatekeeper by assisting with sourcing, identifying and ensuring only the best candidates who align with our culture, add meaningful value, and strengthen our existing teams move forward in the recruiting process.
  • Work with 3rd party recruiters.
  • Review incoming resumes and applicants from recruiters.
  • Assist with initial vetting of all applicants.
  • Initiate and review assessments.
  • Schedule and conduct interviews.
  • Maintain candidate and interview records.
  • Maintain our hiring platform in Salesforce.
  • Assist Operations department when needed.
  • Ad hoc projects as needed.


Requirements:

  • Previous experience with hiring and recruiting is required.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, quality, and accuracy are required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written are a must.
  • Understanding of human resources policies and practices for hiring.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to be discreet and handle sensitive information.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work well in a team environment and independently.
  • Meet deadlines, manage time well, and perform job responsibilities without constant supervision.
  • Tech Savvy.
  • Flexible to changes and pressure.
  • Working knowledge of social media.
  • Trained experience with Culture Index, DISC, and/or StrengthsFinder is a plus.
