The Role We are looking for a hyper-organized, high-energy Recruiting Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone of our Talent Acquisition team. This isn’t your average scheduling role; you will be managing a high-velocity pipeline for our technical and business teams while providing a "white-glove" experience for our executive leadership. You are the face of the company for every candidate, ensuring that even in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, no detail is missed and every candidate feels like a priority
Core Responsibilities
- High-Volume Orchestration: Manage the end-to-end logistics for 50+ interviews per week, ensuring seamless transitions between technical screens, panel interviews, and executive deep-dives.
- Executive Liaison: Partner directly with the C-Suite and VP-level stakeholders to manage complex calendars, navigating last-minute shifts with poise and professional communication.
- Candidate Experience: Act as a brand ambassador, providing a world-class experience from the initial reach-out to the final offer, ensuring all candidates are prepared, informed, and welcomed.
- ATS & Tool Mastery: Maintain impeccable data integrity within our ATS (Ashby preferred)
- Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in the current scheduling workflow and propose "fast-track" solutions to reduce time-to-hire during peak scaling periods.
- Logistics & Travel: Coordinate complex domestic and international travel itineraries for out-of-state candidates, managing expense reimbursements and local accommodations.
Note: You will be responsible for scheduling 100+ interviews per month! You will need a high level of calendar management experience.
