About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process, from understanding staffing needs to onboarding new hires. Your primary focus will be to partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to identify talent gaps, develop targeted recruiting strategies, and attract top-tier candidates. Utilizing advanced sourcing techniques, including AI-enabled tools and creative outreach methods, you will proactively build talent pipelines to meet current and future organizational needs. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills, enabling them to effectively assess candidates and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of four (4) years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Proven success in sourcing and hiring passive candidates.
  • Expertise in traditional, advanced, and creative sourcing techniques.
  • Ability to quickly build and nurture active and passive talent pipelines.
  • Advanced experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably iCIMS.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Experience negotiating offers and supporting compensation discussions.
  • High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Must meet company minimum driving standards and possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to travel to recruiting events as needed.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and drive results.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for assigned roles, including intake, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and success criteria.
  • Define role scopes, success measures, and performance indicators in collaboration with leaders.
  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies, including job postings, targeted sourcing, employment marketing, and passive candidate outreach.
  • Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and innovative outreach methods.
  • Leverage AI-enabled sourcing tools and advanced recruiting software to identify and engage qualified talent.
  • Screen and assess candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements and organizational culture.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems and CRM tools to manage candidates and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in recruiting events such as career fairs, college recruiting initiatives, and local talent outreach programs.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold professionalism when handling sensitive information.
  • Contribute to continuous recruiting process improvements and team initiatives.
