Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the full life-cycle recruitment process for all Microsoft FTE roles open across Azure data, security, MAI, commercial/Sales, Marketing lines of business. This consists of sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending offers or rejecting candidates, and onboarding.
Relationship building skills - Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs.
Candidate Engagement and pipelining skills - Contacting applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration, and selection and keeping candidates warm and available for upcoming roles
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of talent acquisition experience, in a sourcing or recruiting capacity
OR Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field
Have a good understanding of talent markets and candidate profiles and is able to develop a strategy to achieve hiring objectives with tight deadlines.
Skills:
Verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage ones time.
Knowledge of legal policies and procedures related to hiring practices and other work-related activities.
Boolean Search String knowledge. Able to conduct x-ray Boolean search string across multiple platforms to find talent.
Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection and training.
Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
