- **Lead High-Volume Clinical Recruitment:** Develop and execute a comprehensive, proactive recruitment strategy tailored for aggressive hiring targets across diverse clinical roles. This includes managing a large volume of applicants, conducting interviews, and expertly navigating the offer negotiation process to secure high-quality hires within condensed timeframes.
- **Drive Strategic Sourcing & Pipeline Management:** Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies to cultivate a continuous, diverse, and robust pipeline of qualified clinician candidates, essential for meeting high-volume demand.
- **Master ATS & Optimize Processes:** Act as a power user of our Applicant Tracking System, leveraging its full functionality to efficiently manage and report on high-volume pipelines. Maintain impeccable, real-time data integrity and proactively suggest and implement process improvements to optimize workflow and accelerate time-to-fill.
- **Cultivate Exceptional Experiences:** Deliver an outstanding experience for both candidates and hiring leaders, prioritizing efficiency and high-touch communication in a competitive clinical recruiting market. Serve as an expert on our business, benefits, and career opportunities.
- **Achieve Accelerated Metrics:** Consistently meet and exceed defined recruiting metrics, including accelerated time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, and superior candidate/hiring leader satisfaction scores within a high-volume context.
- What You’ll Bring:**
- 3+ years of proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a demonstrable track record in high-volume clinical or healthcare recruitment.
- Demonstrated advanced proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), including expertise in reporting, workflow management, and ensuring data accuracy for large pipelines.
- Exceptional organizational skills, strategic agility, and negotiation expertise.
- A commitment to operational excellence and system integrity in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred Qualifications:**
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a similar discipline, or equivalent level of knowledge gained through experience.
