Position: Entry level Sourcer/Recruiter


Hours: Part time 20-25+ hours a week, we are open to full time as well


Salary: Commission based 10% of each placement fee (hire)


Start date: December/January

We are a fast growing, profitable head hunting and recruiting agency based in Orlando, Florida. We are seeking an eager to learn, detail-oriented individual to expand our recruiting team. You will be a key contributor to the growth of our company and our mission by sourcing top talent. This fully remote position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in gaining practical experience in talent acquisition, candidate outreach, and placement within a B2B environment. Potential to be hired on full time after graduation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential candidates to build a robust talent pipeline. Conduct cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone to engage prospects and schedule interviews with qualified candidates.
  • Assist in preparing recruiting materials, following up on leads, and contributing to the closure of initial placements with new hires.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to monitor progress, evaluate strategies, and refine approaches as needed.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS), email, and market research platforms to support recruiting efforts.
  • This role provides hands-on involvement in driving company growth and developing essential professional skills.


Qualifications:

  • Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a program in business, human resources, communications, or a related field.
  • Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with new contacts and potential hires.
  • Proficiency in basic digital tools, such as Microsoft Office and LinkedIn; prior experience is advantageous but not required.
  • Strong self-motivation and time management skills.
  • Availability to commit 20+ hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate academic or other commitments.
  • No previous sourcing or recruiting experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided.

Compensation:

This is a performance-based internship with no base salary. Compensation includes 10% commission on each placement fee (hired candidate). The average placement fee is approximately $20,000, offering significant earning potential based on performance.
