- Build and manage candidate pipelines according to client requirements
- Craft the strategy around high touch candidate communication
- Find the best talent possible on platforms like LinkedIn, AI Sourcing tools, and through networking
- Lead candidate interviews
- Provide exceptional experiences for candidates and clients
Qualifications:
- Recruiting experience (growth, design, marketing, or product experience a plus)
- A lot of personal and professional interest in the tech startup landscape
- Excellent communication skills
- Focused on the details
- We are happy to explore candidates without Recruiting experience who have experience in Product Management, Performance Marketing, or Engineering.
