Essential Job Duties Include:
- Recruit prospective new hires by sharing pertinent information about the job and following up with leads daily.
- Take and make high volumes of calls
- Use an applicant tracking software proficiently to monitor applicants
- Screen and prequalify applicants through the use of reports
- Schedule and confirm applicants
- Meet KPI’s and quotas such as number of hires, weekly talk time, and number of calls
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of DOT requirements, company policies, and FMCSA codes. RTI can provide on the job training.
- Organization and time management skills required
- Must be able to follow directions closely and pay close attention to detail
- Must have good communication skills
- Must be able to work with a team
- Must be highly adaptable
- Individuals may work remotely
- Remote employees are required to clock in and out for the day as well as lunches.
- Management must be notified if remote employees are away from their work station for more than a 15 minute break or a 60 minute lunch.
- Remote employees are required to be active in Microsoft Teams and easily accessible by management and other members of the Recruiting team
