Essential Job Duties Include:

  • Recruit prospective new hires by sharing pertinent information about the job and following up with leads daily.
  • Take and make high volumes of calls
  • Use an applicant tracking software proficiently to monitor applicants
  • Screen and prequalify applicants through the use of reports
  • Schedule and confirm applicants
  • Meet KPI’s and quotas such as number of hires, weekly talk time, and number of calls

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of DOT requirements, company policies, and FMCSA codes. RTI can provide on the job training.
  • Organization and time management skills required
  • Must be able to follow directions closely and pay close attention to detail
  • Must have good communication skills
  • Must be able to work with a team
  • Must be highly adaptable

Work Environment

  • Individuals may work remotely
  • Remote employees are required to clock in and out for the day as well as lunches.
  • Management must be notified if remote employees are away from their work station for more than a 15 minute break or a 60 minute lunch.
  • Remote employees are required to be active in Microsoft Teams and easily accessible by management and other members of the Recruiting team
