As a Recruiter you will own and support end‑to‑end hiring for MAVI’s internal teams, spanning both technical and non‑technical roles. You’ll work closely with the founders and leadership team as a trusted partner, helping design hiring strategies, build scalable processes, and attract exceptional talent globally.


This is a high‑impact role for someone who thrives in fast‑moving environments and wants real ownership in shaping how a company grows.


What You’ll Do:


  • Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for MAVI’s internal roles across tech and non‑tech functions.
  • Partner closely with founders and hiring managers to understand role requirements, hiring priorities, and team needs.
  • Design and execute sourcing strategies across regions (with a strong focus on LATAM, and exposure to APAC and other global markets).
  • Build and nurture proprietary talent pipelines and networks using creative and non‑traditional sourcing approaches.
  • Screen, vet, and interview candidates, acting as a quality gatekeeper aligned with MAVI’s hiring bar.
  • Define, track, and improve recruitment KPIs (time‑to‑hire, funnel conversion, quality of hire, etc.).
  • Collaborate with founders, TA teammates, and engineering to introduce automation and process efficiencies across sourcing, screening, and hiring workflows.
  • Continuously refine hiring processes and talent strategies to support rapid, sustainable scaling.
  • Serve as a thought partner to founders on talent strategy, market insights, and hiring best practices.


What We’re Looking For:


  • 1-2+ years of end‑to‑end recruiting experience, early leadership or ownership experience is a plus.
  • Proven ability to hire both technical and non‑technical roles in fast‑paced environments.
  • Strong sourcing expertise using active and passive techniques across multiple geographies (LATAM and APAC experience is a strong plus).
  • Experience vetting candidates through structured interviews and assessments.
  • Comfort experimenting with and optimizing multiple sourcing channels.
  • Data‑driven mindset with experience defining and tracking recruitment metrics and KPIs.
  • Familiarity with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn, ATS platforms, and job boards.
  • Prior experience hiring finance or accounting talent is a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Builder mindset: adaptable, proactive, humble, and motivated to deliver high‑quality outcomes.
