Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with hiring managers to create realistic and compelling role descriptions.
• Manage the recruitment process with a project management mindset, ensuring deadlines and expectations are met.
• Evaluate and identify top talent, ensuring candidates align with organizational needs and culture.
• Post job openings on LinkedIn and other platforms, ensuring visibility and engagement.
• Source candidates in challenging markets as needed, while leveraging strong applicant flow for most positions.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers, providing guidance and maintaining process consistency.
• Assist with headquarters roles and other projects during fluctuations in recruitment demand.
• Maintain detailed records and documentation using tools such as Excel and OneNote.
• Uphold a sense of urgency in managing requisitions and meeting hiring deadlines.
• Ensure roles are filled within established timeframes, typically within seven weeks.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in recruiting, with demonstrated expertise in accessing and evaluating talent.
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment tools.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment with direct feedback.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying processes and administrative tasks.
• Familiarity with manual recruitment processes and willingness to explore new systems.
• Experience working with military or law enforcement hiring leaders is a plus.
