About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter to join our team in building the future of construction. This fully remote role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes across an assigned region, primarily focusing on sourcing and hiring top sales talent. The successful candidate will serve as a subject matter expert for their roles and market, developing strong relationships with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and craft effective recruitment strategies. Your responsibilities will include utilizing multiple sourcing channels, executing innovative recruiting techniques, screening candidates, and managing the candidate pipeline from initial contact through offer negotiation. You will be instrumental in ensuring a seamless hiring process, maintaining accurate candidate records, and collaborating with the talent acquisition and onboarding teams to finalize hires. Qualifications

  • At least 2+ years of experience in full-cycle, high-volume sales recruitment, preferably within the construction or similar operations industries
  • Strong knowledge of job boards, sourcing tools, and candidate messaging platforms including LinkedIn, Indeed/Glassdoor, and Grayscale
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse
  • Experience in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies
  • Advanced proficiency in productivity software, database management, and internet search techniques, including Boolean searches
  • Proven success in conducting interviews via phone, video, email, and in person
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or related field
  • Ability to travel as required for candidate interviews and recruitment activities

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales roles within an assigned geographic region
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their department needs and role specifications
  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels and execute innovative strategies to build a robust pipeline of passive and active candidates
  • Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
  • Manage candidates throughout the hiring process, from interview scheduling to offer negotiation and acceptance
  • Meet or exceed key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the applicant tracking system
  • Collaborate with the talent acquisition and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
  • Ensure all recruiting practices comply with current legal standards and company policies
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and best practices
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support organizational hiring needs
