Summary / Objective
As a Recruiter at MAU, you will play a pivotal role in connecting top talent with meaningful opportunities. You’ll identify, attract, evaluate, and place candidates in direct-hire roles while serving as a trusted talent advisor to MAU clients. Success in this role comes from proactively building and nurturing strong candidate networks, collaborating closely with account management and business development partners, and operating with integrity, urgency, and a true team mindset.
Position Type / Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, typically working Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with flexibility to work additional hours as business demands require.
Essential Functions
- Leverage MAU’s and/or client applicant tracking systems to manage full-cycle recruiting workflows efficiently
- Source top talent through creative and strategic methods including networking, cold calling, referrals, and job boards
- Screen, interview, and prepare candidates for client interviews to ensure a strong experience for all parties
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and candidates
- Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates and account managers throughout the hiring process
- Present and negotiate job offers with professionalism and confidence
- Partner with account managers to deliver innovative recruiting strategies aligned to client hiring goals
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-performing passive candidates
- Contribute to best practices and continuous improvement in both contract and direct-hire recruiting
- Consistently meet or exceed annual gross margin goals

Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1+ years of client-facing or client engagement experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong consulting and relationship management skills, including conflict resolution

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred Education and Experience
- 1+ years of recruiting experience
- Professional certifications such as CSC, CPC, PHR, or equivalent
Supervisory Responsibility
