We are seeking a full-time Recruiter to join our team on-site in Gauteng, South Africa. The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding top-tier candidates for various sales development and administrative roles within the organization. You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, source and screen candidates through multiple channels, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. In addition to assessing candidate qualifications, you will also coordinate interviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure alignment with company culture and values. This role requires effective communication and organizational skills, as you play a key role in building and growing our exceptional team.
- Recruitment expertise, including sourcing, talent acquisition, and conducting interviews
- Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Understanding of talent pipelines and workforce planning strategies
- Familiarity with sales development roles and requirements is a plus
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Work experience in recruiting or HR in a high-growth or sales-driven organization is advantageous
