We’re looking for a dynamic Recruiter to join our team on a 6-month contract, with a strong preference for candidates located near Middleton, WI. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys owning the full recruitment lifecycle.
What You’ll Do
You’ll play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent by:
• Developing creative sourcing strategies across job boards, social media, and direct outreach
• Partnering with hiring managers to build compelling job descriptions and recruitment campaigns
• Managing candidate pipelines for both immediate and future hiring needs
Screening & Hiring
• Conduct phone/video interviews to assess skills and culture fit
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience
• Provide hiring recommendations and guide best practices
Collaboration & Operations
• Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the process
• Maintain ATS accuracy and ensure compliance
• Partner closely with HR and leadership to meet hiring goals
Reporting & Compliance
• Track recruiting metrics like time-to-fill and source effectiveness
• Ensure adherence to employment laws and company policies
What We’re Looking For
• 2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Strong sourcing skills, especially with passive candidates
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple roles
• Experience with ATS systems and Microsoft Office
• Self-starter who can deliver results under tight timelines
