Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Recruiter. The Recruiter will manage the hiring process end-to-end, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring activities to meet staffing needs. Additional responsibilities will involve building strong relationships with hiring managers, advising on recruitment strategies, and maintaining a talent pipeline. The Recruiter will leverage modern tools and techniques to identify and attract top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in sourcing and recruiting techniques, including job postings, networking, and direct outreach
  • Strong communication, interview, and relationship-building skills
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
  • Experience in talent acquisition strategies and employer branding
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting and meet recruitment goals
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
  • Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in hiring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Experience in distribution, logistics, or a similar industry is a plus
