Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Recruiter. The Recruiter will manage the hiring process end-to-end, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring activities to meet staffing needs. Additional responsibilities will involve building strong relationships with hiring managers, advising on recruitment strategies, and maintaining a talent pipeline. The Recruiter will leverage modern tools and techniques to identify and attract top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in sourcing and recruiting techniques, including job postings, networking, and direct outreach
- Strong communication, interview, and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Experience in talent acquisition strategies and employer branding
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and meet recruitment goals
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in hiring
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Experience in distribution, logistics, or a similar industry is a plus
