Qualifications
- Preferably 1+ years of experience in security roles with recruiting or interviewing experience (not mandatory but preferred)
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Reliable means of communication (phone, email)
- Reliable means of transportation (public or private)
- Legal right to work in the United States
- Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently
- High School Diploma or GED
- Willingness to participate in pre-employment screening, including drug tests and background checks
- Proficiency in using personal computers and office productivity software
- Strong interpersonal and interviewing skills
- Excellent organizational and planning abilities
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interpret instructions and work independently
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
