Job Title: Recruiter – Data Centres & Critical Infrastructure
Location: Fully remote (team meet-ups every 4–6 weeks around the Midlands)

Synchro has just launched a new division focused on Data Centres, Critical Infrastructure, Power & Liquid Cooling, and Transformation Engineering, and we’re looking for our first Recruiter to help drive this exciting growth.
You’ll work alongside our Lead Consultant, supporting live recruitment projects for renowned global clients across the UK, EMEA, the US, and the Middle East. With a strong pipeline and a thriving market, your opportunity to make a real impact is significant.
This role is hands-on from day one, with multiple vacancies ready to work on immediately. A solid knowledge of Data Centres, Critical Infrastructure, Cooling, HV/LV systems, and related engineering sectors is essential.

The Role
As a Recruiter, you will:
- Work closely with the Lead Consultant to deliver high-value recruitment projects for global clients
- Source, engage, and manage top engineering and infrastructure talent across multiple regions
- Build strong candidate relationships and manage the full recruitment lifecycle
- Collaborate with teams in the UK, US, and South Africa
- Contribute ideas, energy, and drive to help shape and grow this new division
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in delivery, sourcing, or candidate management. This has to be within critical infrastructure. (agency or in-house)
- Genuine interest in technology, data centres, or infrastructure
- Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
- Ambition to grow in an international, high-performing environment
