Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of outbound recruiting experience (staffing or corporate)
- Must have experience supporting the Engineering industry and recruiting on related roles
- Proven experience supporting high-volume recruiting environments (10+ concurrent reqs minimum; ideally 15–20)
- Strong attention to detail and communication
- Experience with external recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn

Job Description
We are seeking a high-performing Full Lifecycle Recruiter to support a large-scale engineering hiring initiative within the power generation sector. This role will manage 15–20 active requisitions simultaneously as part of a broader program supporting ~50 open roles, primarily focused on engineering talent.
This individual will partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver qualified candidates across mission-critical engineering, infrastructure and energy projects.
This person will be responsible for attending position intake meetings with internal stakeholders, creating job descriptions, and executing high-volume recruiting outreach.
