Remote Recruiter – Multiple Openings (Remote, Based in Jacksonville, FL)

We’re expanding fast and building out multiple recruiting teams anchored in Jacksonville, and we’re looking for hungry, competitive recruiters who want to grow with us.
We use advanced tech, data, and AI to feed you warm leads and keep your pipeline loaded,but we’re clear about this: the phone is where the real money is made. Being on the phone is a core part of the job (candidates, clients, and prospects), and you are highly incentivized to do it through strong compensation plans and an aggressive, collaborative team that drives business together. You’ll still leverage LinkedIn, email, and all the tools, but the edge here comes from actually talking to people and closing.
You’ll run full‑cycle searches across IT, engineering, FP&A, and/or light industrial, depending on your background and where you can make the biggest impact. This role is fully remote, aligned to Eastern Time, with priority for talent in the Jacksonville area.
