About The Role

The Senior Recruiter at Respire Homecare Services will play a pivotal role in leading the full-cycle recruitment process across the organization. This position requires a strategic and hands-on approach to sourcing and hiring top talent, with a particular focus on clinical, sales, and both location-specific and fully remote roles within a multi-state respiratory home care environment. As the sole recruiter, you will own the entire recruitment lifecycle—from partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, sourcing candidates, managing interviews, and extending offers. Your efforts will directly impact workforce planning, pipeline development, and continuous process improvement to support organizational growth and staff retention. The Senior Recruiter will also serve as a key ambassador for the company's employer brand, ensuring a positive candidate experience and strengthening our reputation as an employer of choice.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience recruiting within healthcare industry preferred
  • Proven ability to recruit for clinical and/or field-based roles
  • Experience supporting both location-based and remote hiring processes
  • Demonstrated capability to operate independently or as a sole recruiter
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Exceptional customer service and responsiveness
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
  • Strong sourcing and pipeline development skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to influence hiring managers and ensure process adherence
  • Experience with ATS systems, preferably Greenhouse, and other recruiting tools

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for clinical, sales, corporate, location-based, and remote roles, with a focus on critical clinical positions
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, sourcing strategies, and hiring timelines
  • Proactively source, screen, and manage candidate pipelines, especially for hard-to-fill roles
  • Manage interview processes, coordinate feedback, and ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, providing guidance on hiring strategies and market insights
  • Drive accountability in the hiring process, ensuring timely decisions and adherence to procedures
  • Support workforce planning by identifying needs, risks, and opportunities within the organization
  • Deliver a high-quality, professional candidate experience at all stages of the recruitment process
  • Serve as an ambassador for the company's employer brand, communicating its mission, culture, and values
  • Own and optimize recruiting workflows, systems, and reporting metrics to monitor performance
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency, scalability, and consistency
  • Develop sourcing strategies and build proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Leverage multiple channels to source candidates, reducing reliance on external agencies
