About The Role

We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our team and play a pivotal role in building and scaling our exceptional workforce. As the third recruiter at Tremendous, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, ensuring we attract top talent aligned with our strategic goals. You will work closely with leadership to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies that support our growth ambitions and cultural values.

The ideal candidate will possess sharp instincts for identifying high-potential candidates, deep understanding of the tech industry—particularly early-stage startups—and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment. Your expertise will help us maintain a high-quality talent pipeline, ensuring we continue to build a diverse and skilled team capable of driving innovation and excellence across our global operations.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within growth-stage startups
  • Deep knowledge of the technology industry, especially early-stage environments
  • Experience maintaining quality standards while moving quickly in demanding settings
  • Strong written communication skills, essential for our high-documentation culture
  • Proven ability to assess candidate success potential beyond resumes and qualifications
  • Proficiency with recruiting tools and software such as Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.
  • Comfort and familiarity with leveraging AI tools and emerging recruitment technologies

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the full-cycle recruiting process for go-to-market (GTM) and business roles
  • Utilize your understanding of the talent landscape to source and attract high-caliber candidates
  • Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interview schedules
  • Partner with leadership to refine role requirements and develop ideal candidate profiles
  • Provide strategic recommendations to enhance talent acquisition efforts
  • Manage sourcing volume and understand funnel dynamics to maintain healthy candidate pipelines
  • Maintain detailed documentation and communication throughout the recruitment process
