Overview:

A large engineering and manufacturing organization is seeking a Recruiter Specialist to manage full life cycle recruiting across technical and professional roles. This position partners closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to deliver timely, high-quality hires while maintaining a strong candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, and offer negotiation
  • Source candidates through internal databases, job boards, networking, social media, and advanced internet searches
  • Build talent pipelines by identifying and researching target markets
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and drive efficient hiring decisions
  • Deliver a high-touch experience for candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruiting process
  • Prepare and extend offers in collaboration with compensation and HR partners
  • Ensure compliance with hiring policies, employment laws, and internal procedures
  • Track recruiting activity and metrics within the applicant tracking system
  • Manage multiple priorities with urgency and minimal supervision

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of recruiting experience, or 8+ years of recruiting experience in lieu of a degree
  • Full life cycle recruiting experience
  • Strong communication, consulting, and influencing skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Plusses:

  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar ATS
  • Technical recruiting experience in engineering or manufacturing
  • Aerospace & Defense recruiting experience
