Overview:
A large engineering and manufacturing organization is seeking a Recruiter Specialist to manage full life cycle recruiting across technical and professional roles. This position partners closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to deliver timely, high-quality hires while maintaining a strong candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, and offer negotiation
- Source candidates through internal databases, job boards, networking, social media, and advanced internet searches
- Build talent pipelines by identifying and researching target markets
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and drive efficient hiring decisions
- Deliver a high-touch experience for candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruiting process
- Prepare and extend offers in collaboration with compensation and HR partners
- Ensure compliance with hiring policies, employment laws, and internal procedures
- Track recruiting activity and metrics within the applicant tracking system
- Manage multiple priorities with urgency and minimal supervision
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of recruiting experience, or 8+ years of recruiting experience in lieu of a degree
- Full life cycle recruiting experience
- Strong communication, consulting, and influencing skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Plusses:
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar ATS
- Technical recruiting experience in engineering or manufacturing
- Aerospace & Defense recruiting experience
