Opportunity
We are seeking a Short-Term Recruiter to augment our team during a high-volume hiring period. This role will focus on sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates while ensuring the recruitment process moves quickly and smoothly through the pipeline. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, experienced recruiting across all levels, and has a strong track record of hiring within the insurance industry.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Identifying potential candidates through initial candidate outreach and engagement
- Assessing candidate qualifications and evaluate to ensure alignment with role requirements
- Monitor candidate progress and ensure timely movement through the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and organized tracking of all candidates in the pipeline in Excel
- Facilitate the hiring process by scheduling interviews for candidates and hiring teams across global time zones
- Lead offer negotiations and ensure seamless completion of all post-offer documentation
What You Bring
- Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience, preferably within the insurance industry, with a strong focus on sourcing and attracting talent across core insurance disciplines (e.g., underwriting, claims, actuarial, product, operations, risk, analytics, and distribution)
- Adept at creating targeted candidate pipelines, managing candidate engagement and outreach best practices
- Demonstrated proactive working style with a strong willingness to dive into complex tasks, learn new subject matter quickly, and take initiative with minimal onboarding
