We are seeking a talented and motivated Recruiter to join our team and play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to negotiating offers, to ensure a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and clients.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify and attract qualified candidates for open positions.
- Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and assess candidate qualifications to determine suitability for specific roles and cultural fit with clients.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, providing guidance and support to ensure a positive experience for all parties involved.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and fit for specific roles, providing detailed feedback and recommendations to clients.
What Will You Bring?
- 4+ years experience in the recruitment industry, preferably within a similar industry
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment method
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates and clients.
