About The Role

As a GTM (Go-to-Market) Recruiter at Sanity.io, you will be instrumental in scaling our GTM teams to support our rapid growth and strategic initiatives. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to lead end-to-end recruitment processes for mid- to senior-level roles across North America and Europe. You will collaborate closely with business leaders and hiring managers to identify, attract, and secure top-tier talent that aligns with our company values and drives our mission forward. Your role will involve sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the hiring journey. Additionally, you will act as a brand ambassador, promoting Sanity.io’s story and culture through various channels, and continuously improving our recruiting practices to attract diverse and high-caliber candidates.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years of recruiting experience, with at least 5 years in a scaling start-up environment
  • Proven success as a GTM recruiter, with additional experience hiring across departments such as Engineering, Product, and G&A
  • Based in the US or Canada
  • Strong collaborative mindset and team-oriented approach
  • Sense of ownership and urgency regarding recruitment outcomes
  • Experience working with a globally distributed team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and adapt to shifting priorities
  • Experience in recruiting operations, including building processes and playbooks
  • Familiarity with Ashby or similar recruiting platforms (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process for GTM roles and other departments such as Engineering, Product, and G&A
  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to develop comprehensive workforce plans and hiring strategies
  • Strategically source, engage, nurture, and qualify a diverse pool of candidates through various channels
  • Leverage data and analytics to identify challenges and develop innovative solutions in the recruiting process
  • Provide a best-in-class candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, setting expectations, and delivering timely feedback
  • Act as a brand ambassador by sharing the Sanity story and promoting our culture on social media and relevant platforms
  • Maintain operational excellence by implementing recruiting best practices and continuously improving processes
  • Stay informed on industry recruiting trends and incorporate relevant insights into the team's workflow
  • Manage recruiting efforts independently while adhering to established processes and fostering a team-first mentality
