Your main responsibilities include sourcing and engaging with highly sought-after specialists in competitive markets, building and maintaining a strong network of candidates, and delivering high-quality recruitment solutions within tight deadlines. You will be involved in market mapping, creating compelling job advertisements, conducting interviews, and managing candidate expectations. Qualifications
- Completed HBO education or equivalent
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in recruitment, sales, hospitality, or a commercial role
- Strong networking skills and assertiveness

- Conduct market mapping and analyze potential candidate pools for specific roles or sectors
- Create and publish engaging job descriptions across multiple channels including our website, LinkedIn, and relevant job boards
- Proactively approach and build relationships with potential and existing candidates
- Maintain and develop an active network of professionals in the financial industry
- Interview candidates via phone, video calls, or face-to-face, and assess their suitability for roles
- Qualify candidates and prepare them for client interviews
- Negotiate offers and manage candidate expectations effectively
- Collaborate closely with consultants to present suitable candidates for open positions
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of recruitment processes
- Competitive starting salary of €3,240 gross per month based on a 40-hour workweek, including holiday allowance

- Performance-based bonus scheme ranging from €5,000 to €7,500 annually upon meeting targets
