About the role:-
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Recruiter Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, candidate engagement, and sourcing strategies while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Assist in sourcing candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms
- Screen resumes and identify qualified candidates for open roles
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Support in posting job ads and updating internal recruitment trackers
- Assist with candidate follow-ups, documentation, and onboarding support
- Maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Participate in recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives
- Learn and support full-cycle hiring processes for various departments
Requirement:-
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field
- Strong interest in talent acquisition and human resources
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, and Google Workspace
- Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Fluent in Swedish & English
