What You’ll Do

  • Own the search end-to-end: source, screen, interview, coordinate, and close top talent.
  • Run concurrent pipelines: juggle multiple requisitions without dropping the ball on candidate quality.
  • Assess technical fit: lead structured, skill-based interviews that map directly to client requirements.
  • Partner with stakeholders: work closely with hiring managers (and occasionally clients) to define needs and calibrate profiles.
  • Keep candidates engaged: provide clear, timely updates so every prospect knows where they stand.
  • Leverage the stack: use our ATS and sourcing tools to track activity, maintain clean data, and spot process gaps.
  • Improve what’s possible: recommend and implement tweaks that shorten time-to-hire and raise the talent bar.

What You Bring

  • 2–3 years of full-cycle recruiting in a high-volume staffing environment.
  • A track record of placing technical talent—you understand the nuances of dev, product, and data roles.
  • Confident interviewing skills that probe depth, not buzzwords.
  • Clear, persuasive communication with both candidates and hiring teams.
  • ATS fluency and a nose for the best modern sourcing tools.
  • Ability to cover several days each week on Pacific-time schedules while flexing across EST–PST.
