We're looking for a motivated Recruiter to join our team and help drive our hiring initiatives. This role involves full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and closing candidates. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to ensure we find top talent aligned with our company values and growth goals.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple departments
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and role requirements
- Source candidates via job boards, social platforms, and direct outreach
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and provide candidate recommendations
- Coordinate offers and onboarding in collaboration with HR
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of recruiting experience (in-house or agency)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with ATS tools and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Passion for people and a proactive sourcing mindset
