Compensation: $90–$130/hour

Role Responsibilities
- Design questions related to your occupation as a First-Line Supervisor in the Arts, Entertainment, and Recreation sectors.
- Collaborate with AI research teams to ensure the relevance and quality of the content.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.
- Utilize your professional experience to enhance the AI model training process.
- Ensure the accuracy and depth of AI-generated content in your domain.
- Adapt to a flexible schedule while maintaining high-quality outputs.
Must-Have
- 4+ years full-time work experience as a First-Line Supervisor in the Arts, Entertainment, and Recreation sectors.
- Be based in the US, UK, or Canada
- At-will contractor to Mercor.
- Paid weekly via Stripe Connect based on logged project hours.
- Cannot support H1-B or STEM OPT status candidates
