Position: Recreation Workers
Type: Hourly Contract
Compensation: $60 – $80/hour

Role Responsibilities
- Create structured deliverables addressing common requests and challenges within your professional recreation domain.
- Review and evaluate peer-developed deliverables to improve research quality and AI training outputs.
- Apply domain expertise to help diagnose and solve real-world recreation-related scenarios for AI research.
- Provide clear written explanations and documentation to support AI model development and evaluation.
- Contribute insights that help improve machine learning systems through real-world professional knowledge.
Requirements
- Strong years of professional experience as a Recreation Worker or in a closely related field.
- Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and spelling.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, flexible environment.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail when reviewing and producing deliverables.
- Comfortable providing structured feedback to improve AI-generated outputs.
