A full-time Receptionist role is now open for candidates with 1–2 years of administrative or front desk experience. This is a Temp-to-Perm opportunity based onsite in Massapequa, NY and more locations in US.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and direct visitors with a professional, welcoming attitude
- Answer and route incoming calls accurately and promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Manage visitor logs and issue badges in accordance with security procedures
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages
- Schedule and coordinate use of meeting spaces and conference rooms
- Assist with calendar management and appointment scheduling
- Support office management duties such as ordering supplies and coordinating maintenance
- Serve as a point of contact for both internal teams and external visitors
- Relay important messages and staff communications
- Help coordinate internal events and announcements
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Represent the organization through polished customer service and appearance
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; PowerPoint is a plus
- 1–2 years of experience in administrative or receptionist roles
- Strong organizational and communication skills
