As an investment-focused company, we need a coordinator who understands investor-friendly transactions, such as assignments and novations, and brings attention to detail. In this role, you’ll handle all administrative tasks from contract to close, including managing escrow documentation, scheduling inspections and repairs, obtaining seller approvals for offers and counteroffers, and maintaining up-to-date records through accurate data entry.
