The Role

You'll be our boots-on-the-ground recruiter — sourcing, screening, and moving radiologist candidates through the pipeline every day. This is a high-volume, high-impact role. You won't be building strategy decks; you'll be on the phone, in inboxes, and at conferences finding talented radiologists and getting them excited about Expert Radiology.


You'll initially report to the CEO and transition to our Head of Radiology Recruiting once that role is filled.


What You'll Do
  • Source radiologist candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, conferences, and direct outreach
  • Screen candidates for fit: credentials, availability, subspecialty, and interest level
  • Manage candidate pipeline from first touch through onboarding handoff
  • Coordinate with credentialing and operations to keep the hiring process moving
  • Track pipeline metrics and report on sourcing activity weekly
  • Represent Expert Radiology at radiology conferences and recruiting events
  • Build and maintain a candidate database for ongoing outreach
  • Draft and post job ads on physician-specific boards (AAPPR, PracticeLink, PracticeMatch, etc.)
Who We're Looking For
  • 1–3+ years of physician or healthcare recruiting experience (radiology experience is a major plus)
  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach — phone, email, LinkedIn
  • Organized and detail-oriented — you track every candidate and never drop a thread
  • Self-starter who doesn't need daily direction
  • Familiarity with physician credentialing timelines and licensing basics
  • Experience with ATS platforms and recruiting tools
Nice to Have
  • Prior experience recruiting radiologists or other diagnostic specialists
  • Relationships with radiology residency programs or professional associations
  • Experience at a locums or physician staffing agency
  • Familiarity with teleradiology or remote physician practice models
