This is a full-time remote role for a Quality Assurance Analyst. The Quality Assurance Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of products and services through rigorous testing processes. The role involves creating and executing test cases, performing manual testing, identifying and addressing quality issues, and contributing to the development of quality assurance protocols. Additionally, the analyst will evaluate and analyze data to provide actionable quality insights to improve overall performance.
- Proficiency in Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes
- Skills in Manual Testing and the ability to design and execute Test Cases
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data and identify improvements
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience with industry-standard quality assurance tools and methodologies is a plus
