Paradigm is growing, and we’re looking for a Quality & Performance Analyst to join our team in a full-time, fully remote role.

What you’ll do:
✔ Support quality and performance improvement initiatives
✔ Collect, analyze, and report data to identify trends and opportunities
✔ Track KPIs, metrics, audits, and scorecards
✔ Partner cross‑functionally with Operations, IT, Network teams, and more
✔ Support root cause analysis, process improvement, and documentation
What we’re looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 2–4 years in analytics, quality, operations, or performance support
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, charts)
• Healthcare and/or workers’ compensation experience preferred
