We are seeking a skilled QA Engineer with strong manual testing expertise to ensure the quality and reliability of our web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a solid understanding of software testing principles, and the ability to collaborate effectively in an Agile environment.
Tasks
- Plan, execute, and document functional, UI, regression, cross-browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge), and cross-platform mobile testing (iOS & Android).
- Create and maintain clear, reproducible test cases and bug reports.
- Log, track, and verify defects in Jira, ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to refine requirements and ensure testability.
- Conduct exploratory testing to identify edge cases and usability issues.
- Contribute to QA process improvements and quality initiatives.
- (Optional) Assist with automated testing using tools such as Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium
Requirements
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
- Proven experience in manual functional, UI, regression, and mobile application testing.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum or Kanban workflows.
- Experience with Jira or similar bug-tracking systems.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and clear communication.
- Preferred: Automation testing experience (TypeScript, Python, etc.) and knowledge of the home care domain.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
- English proficiency at B2/C1 level (Upper-Intermediate to Advanced) – capable of effective collaboration with global teams.
