How will you add value to the OpenPayd journey?
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycleWorking closely with development, release, support and other teamsDevelop, maintain and execute functional, regression, integration and end-to-end testsSupport and improve quality in an agile development environmentTest new features and functionalities using a mix of manual and automation on the API and UIExecute test cases (manual or automated) and analyse resultsCreate logs to document testing phases and issuesReport bugs and issues to development teamsHelp teams to troubleshoot issuesConduct post-release/post-implementation checksDesign, create and implement automation test scriptsConversion of manual test scripting into automation test scriptsContinuously improving test automation tools and test strategyConfiguration and maintenance of testing tools and environmentsMerging a clear reporting platform for automated test runsExposure/experience working in automation frameworks including Selenium, Playwright, Rest Assured, k6, PostmanExposure/experience working with monitoring tools including Grafana, NewrelicThe ideal candidate will have the following:
Minimum 2-3 years in a software development or QA/testing roleUnderstanding of Defect Tracking tools such as Jira, Confluence, etcKnowledge of databasesExperience with API testing (Postman)Good troubleshooting and issue-diagnosing skillsExperienced with Playwright, Selenium Web Driver or other manual/automation toolsHave worked in a structured environment with standard QA Procedures and Processes.Experience in testing complex Web/API systemsExperienced in automated UI testing using Selenium, Javascript or Typescript - PlaywrightAre experienced working in agile scrum teamsHave a background in collaboration, specifically with developers to design and implement automated testsEnjoy developing test strategies, test plans, and test casesBSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related fieldGood English oral and written communication skillsOur Perks and Benefits
