The Role
An established international contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of data centre projects across Germany and wider Europe.
You will be responsible for overseeing projects from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards in mission-critical environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of data centre construction projects
- Manage project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, budget, and scope
- Oversee health & safety, quality, and compliance standards
- Coordinate across engineering, design, and commercial teams
- Monitor progress, risks, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage client relationships and act as the key point of contact
- Support commissioning and final handover processes
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within data centres or critical environments
- Strong background in construction, M&E, or mission-critical infrastructure
- Experience delivering large-scale, complex projects
- Strong commercial awareness and contract management skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational abilities
- Relevant qualifications (degree, PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent preferred)
Location & Travel
- Based in Germany
- Must be open to travel across Germany and the EU
