Mackenzie Stuart is working on behalf of a global leader within the Warehouse Automation Industry who is looking for a seasoned Project Manger to add to their execution team delivering ASRS and GTPs systems. This role will have a focus on executing large programs. leading technical teams and being the front facing point of contact to clients across Europe.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop the project execution teams to deliver multiple concurrent projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Establish and continuously improve project management processes to drive efficiency, consistency, and high-quality results
- Monitor project performance providing regular progress reporting and actionable recommendations to the executive team.
- Collaborate with department heads to improve processes and productivity
- Travel when needed to sites to support execution and stakeholder engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in an Engineering, Project management, or industry relevant fields.
- Minimum 5 years’ of experience in Project management/Operations.
- A background in Automation, Material handling or B2B intralogistics sectors.
- Proven track record of leadership and organizational management.
- Strong communicator and negotiator with the ability to influence senior executives.
